TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: February 13, 2026 Welcome to Kweb. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, pages, authentication screens, and other online services powered by Kweb ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a product operated by Kevin Giesbrecht, based in Loma Plata, Paraguay. By accessing or using any Kweb-powered page or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. 1. ABOUT KWEB Kweb is a Website-as-a-Service platform that enables businesses and individuals ("Clients") to create and manage their own websites and online presence. These Terms apply to you as a visitor or end user of any page or service powered by Kweb, including Kweb's own website, authentication screens, and Client-created pages. These Terms do not govern the relationship between Kweb and its Clients. Clients have separate agreements with Kweb. 2. USE OF THE SERVICE You agree to use the Service in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: - Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. - Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service. - Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar methods to access or collect data from the Service without prior written consent. - Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express permission. 3. ACCOUNTS AND AUTHENTICATION Some features of the Service may require you to create an account or sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Google. When you create an account or sign in, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete information. - Keep your login credentials secure and confidential. - Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised. 4. CLIENT-CREATED CONTENT Kweb provides the platform on which Clients create and publish their own content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content created, published, or managed by Clients on their Kweb-powered pages. If you encounter content on a Client's page that you believe is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, you may contact us at hi@kweb.com.py, and we will review the matter in accordance with our internal policies. 5. USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT Certain features of the Service, such as contact forms, reviews, or comments, may allow you to submit content or information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you: - Grant Kweb and the relevant Client a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, store, and process your submission for the purpose of providing the Service. - Represent that your submission does not violate any applicable law or infringe on any third party's rights. - Acknowledge that User Content submitted through a Client's page may be accessible to that Client. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion. 6. PAYMENTS Certain services or features accessible through Kweb-powered pages may involve payments processed by third-party payment providers. When you make a payment through the Service: - The transaction is processed by a third-party payment provider, and their terms and privacy policies apply to the transaction. - Kweb does not directly store your full payment card details. Payment information is handled by the payment provider at the time of the transaction. - You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Refund policies, if applicable, are determined by the respective Client or payment provider and not by Kweb, unless otherwise stated. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and all associated materials, is the property of Kweb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service or its content without prior written permission. Content published by Clients on their Kweb-powered pages is the property of the respective Client or their licensors. 8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kweb disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kweb and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies. 11.
